Development of the Week - Tranton Road, Southwark

We are proud to announce that our development at Tranton Road, Southwark has been named "Development of the Week" in the 16 November issue of Inside Housing Magazine. The scheme of 54 homes was developed for Metropolitan Housing Partnership following the initial land purchase and planning gain by The Inner Circle Group.
Official Opening of Acorn Terrace, Sherrydon, Cranleigh

Councillor Maurice Byham, Mayor of Waverley and Donald Macgregor, Chairman of Pavilion HA, offcically opened the development at Sherrydon, Cranleigh on Thursday 1st November. The development consists of 7 houses and 2 flats.

Another Partnership Secured

We are extremely pleased to announce that we have been selected for inclusion in Wandle Housing Association's development framework agreement for construction services. As this will be a new working partnership, we very much look forward to working on schemes together and developing a very successful working relationship.
Award for Community Scheme

We are delighted to announce that our project to be developed for Community Housing Association at Church Street, Stratford, London E15 recently featured in the HOUSING DESIGN AWARDS 2007 Exhibition of Excellence. At the Exhibition, the scheme was designated a "Project Winner" and we now look forward to commencing work on site in September.
NHBC Safety Accreditation ("Very Good")

For the third year in succession, Bugler Developments Ltd have successfully been audited by NHBC Health and Safety Services, achieving a 'Very Good' rating on this occasion. This is an improvement on the 'Good' ratings previously achieved. The award demonstrates the company-wide commitment to Health and Safety and confirms the adequacy of our office and site operations and the effectiveness of our communication systems.
NHBC A1* Premium Rating

As recognition of our longstanding and successful relationship with the NHBC, together with the fact that we registered more than 250 homes last year for Buildmark warranty, we have recently been offered an enhanced A1* Premium Rating with the NHBC. This enhancement is a testament to the fact that we have enjoyed an excellent claims record with the NHBC.
Metropolitan Housing Trust Strategic Partnership

Our fifth Strategic Partnership was secured this month, as we were notified by Metropolitan Housing Trust that we have been selected by them as one of their partners. We are shortly due to complete our first project for MHT being 54 flats at Tranton Road, Bermondsey and look forward to developing this partnership in years to come.
