Overview

Established in 1982, we have pursued a carefully planned strategic growth to arrive at our current position as a widely recognised and highly successful constructor of social housing throughout London and the South East.

We have enjoyed organic growth and, as a result, the majority of our Directors and Senior Managers have worked with the Company for a number of years.

We have been registered with Constructionline since 1999 and currently we are approved to carry out projects to a value of £10M. In addition, we have A1* Premium Rating with the NHBC which we have enjoyed since 1998. Furthermore, we are now registered with Exor to carry out new build contracts to the value of £6M.

We have always enjoyed an honest open and trustworthy relationship with Our Clients and have a strict policy of problem solving and non-confrontation in our dealings with Our Clients. In our 26 years of business, we are proud to state we have had no contractual or other dispute which has lead to court action.

We are the Strategic Partner of eight Housing Associations; A2Dominion Housing Group, Notting Hill Housing Group, Servite Houses, One Housing Group, Network Housing Group, Metropolitan Housing Trust, Wandle Housing Association and First Wessex Housing Group and we are currently going through the selection process with a number of others.  In addition, we continue to enjoy excellent working relationships with a number of other Housing Association Clients.

We believe our business must fully compliment that of our Housing Association Clients and we have taken great steps in recent years to ensure that all our policies and statements are up-to-date and, more importantly, pursued rigorously on a day-to-day basis. We have recently committed to achieve the Investors in People standard and, in going through this process, it has been very reassuring for us to note that there were very few changes required in order to satisfy the expectations of the assessors.

We believe we are now in a position to grow from strength to strength whilst continuing to offer the very high service our Clients have come to expect from us.
