Land Finding

Working closely with our Housing Association Clients, we have a detailed understanding of their land requirements and their funding.

We are committed to finding sites suitable for Social Housing and, working closely with the land team from Bugler Homes, we have identified a number of sites over the past few years which we have either bought on behalf of or introduced to our Housing Association Clients.

We are currently looking in all of the London Boroughs, together with the surrounding Home Counties (in particular those to the West of London). Currently, whilst all our Housing Association Clients have an active need to find sites throughout London, we have one Housing Association who has funding available to purchase sites (preferably with a planning permission suitable for Housing Association use) in Hounslow or surrounding West London Boroughs, Wandsworth and surrounding South London Boroughs and Hackney and surrounding North/East London Boroughs.
